world war one day of the trench

I'm in the deadly trench and as I'm in the trench standing as solid as a rock not even saying a word. all I hear is the screaming men charging and falling to the ground motionless. and then I wondered why did all those men have to die.

Who are you Frog? I'd rather respond to a real person??!
You have obviously read and thought carefully about the experiences these men had during the war. Your outer shell - 'standing as still as a rock' possibly hides what is happening inside your head and body. Try to be a little more expressive to take your audience where you want them to go. As still as a rock on the outside, trembling like jelly internally. Try it sometime, and can you change your font colour please? It's hard to read against the dark background.
